The ten Gwinnett County cities: detached houses on the east side in Dacula and Grayson, apartments and townhomes along I-85 in Norcross and Peachtree Corners.
Gwinnett County has the most listed cities of any county served, ten, and they cover the full range of metro housing. County-wide, about 43% of homes have four or more bedrooms and about 41% were built in 2000 or later (American Community Survey, 2020–2024 estimates). Apartments are a smaller part: about 18% of homes sit in buildings of five or more units.
The east side is big detached houses. Dacula has the highest detached-house share of the listed cities. Grayson has the highest four-bedroom-plus share and the most recent housing of the ten. Buford and Snellville are houses too, Snellville with one of the largest pre-1980 shares among them. A kept-up house in any of these fits the standard clean, usually on a weekly, biweekly or monthly plan. A larger house, or an older Snellville house that has waited, calls for deep cleaning.
The west side, along I-85, is denser and older. Peachtree Corners and Suwanee carry the largest apartment shares of the group, Norcross the largest townhome share, and Lawrenceville the highest renter share. Lilburn, Norcross and Peachtree Corners have older housing than the east side. In those cities a lease end means the move-out visit, and an occupied apartment or townhome gets the standard clean. An older house there that has not had a full reset starts with deep cleaning. Duluth, shared with Fulton County, sits between the two sides in its housing. Whichever side the home is on, one dog or cat adds the pet option. Carpet cleaning by stairs, a hallway or a count of rooms can join the same booking.

Most listed Gwinnett County cities are under 45 minutes without traffic. Dacula is about 12 miles and about 20 minutes from Winder by US 29, with Lawrenceville about 30 minutes and Grayson and Buford about 35. Peachtree Corners is the far end at about 36 miles and about 50 minutes without traffic by I-85. Buford, Dacula, Grayson and Suwanee have every ZIP on the online-booking list; Lawrenceville, Snellville and Duluth each have at least one. Any other address runs its ZIP through the ZIP checker, then books online if it is listed or calls or emails if it is not.
Gwinnett County bookings follow the two sides of the county. On the east side a kept-up house in Dacula, Grayson or Buford takes the standard clean, most often on a recurring plan. A house past four bedrooms takes deep cleaning, which is sized for the larger houses and also covers windows, blinds and baseboards. On the west side an occupied apartment or townhome in Norcross or Peachtree Corners gets the standard clean, and a lease end gets the move-out visit; a landlord between tenants books the same one. Upholstery cleaning starts with photos of each piece, and a manager confirms the final figure from those photos. Several services in one booking is fine, with no payment taken when you book.

We list 16 residential ZIP codes in Gwinnett County, and the checker accepts every ZIP we serve.
No, a townhome books by its bedroom count like a house. Norcross has the largest townhome share of the Gwinnett County cities listed, and a kept-up townhome there books the standard clean on a schedule. At a lease end it books the move-out visit. Put the gate code or parking rule in the notes field.
The standard clean if the house is kept up, and deep cleaning if it is larger or has waited. Dacula and Grayson hold the biggest houses of the Gwinnett County cities listed, so both cases come up. A recurring plan follows either first visit, weekly, biweekly or monthly.
Yes. Lilburn, Norcross and Peachtree Corners have older housing than the east side of Gwinnett County, and those houses are cleaned on the same visits as any other. A house that has not had a full reset starts with deep cleaning, which reaches the baseboards and windows; a recurring standard clean then keeps it up.
Your space. Your clean.
Kept-up house in Dacula or Grayson? Book the standard clean online. Lease ending in a Norcross or Peachtree Corners apartment? Book the move-out visit. Older Snellville house that has waited? Book deep cleaning, or email info@bozmancleaning.com with your ZIP if it is not on the online list.
