8 cities and 18 residential ZIP codes in Cobb County, part of our Atlanta metro and Northeast Georgia service area.
Apartments in Marietta and Smyrna, houses in Powder Springs, 1980s stock in Austell and Mableton: the visit follows the home across Cobb County.
Cobb County is the far west side of the service area, and its housing was built earlier than that of the counties around Winder. The 1980s were the busiest building decade across the county (American Community Survey, 2020–2024 estimates). About 22% of homes sit in buildings of five or more units, and about 38% have four or more bedrooms, so apartments and big houses exist side by side.
The eight listed cities sort by where the apartments are. Marietta and Smyrna carry the largest apartment shares of the Cobb County cities outside Atlanta, and Smyrna and Kennesaw the largest townhome shares. A lease end in any of them books the move-out visit; a townhome on a schedule books the standard clean weekly, biweekly or monthly.
Powder Springs is the other pole. It has the highest detached-house share and the highest owner-occupied share of the eight, so its bookings are houses, often a first deep cleaning followed by a recurring plan. Acworth and Kennesaw hold the newest housing of the group, with Acworth having the largest share built in 2000 or later. Austell and Mableton carry more pre-1980 houses than the county pattern. In those two, a house that has not had a full reset books deep cleaning before anything else. Atlanta reaches into Cobb County too, and an Atlanta address there books like any other Cobb County home. A house with one dog or cat adds the pet option, and carpet cleaning can join any of these visits.

Cobb County is reached by I-85 and I-285 from Winder, and every listed city is more than an hour away without traffic. Smyrna is the quickest, about 54 miles and about 70 minutes, with Marietta a few minutes further. Acworth and Powder Springs are the long runs at about 90 minutes without traffic, Acworth by I-75 at about 68 miles. Kennesaw, Austell and Mableton fall between. Book online with a listed ZIP, or call or email for one that is not; if your town is not on the list, run the ZIP through the ZIP checker first.
In Cobb County the visit follows the home more than the city. Apartments and townhomes in Marietta, Smyrna and Kennesaw book the standard clean while occupied and the move-out visit at a lease end. Houses from the 1980s and earlier, common in Austell and Mableton, do better with deep cleaning first, since that is the visit that includes windows, blinds and baseboards. A larger house in Powder Springs or Acworth that is kept up books the standard clean on a recurring plan. Carpet cleaning is booked by stairs, a hallway or a count of rooms. Upholstery cleaning needs photos of each piece uploaded with the booking; a manager confirms the final figure from the photos. One booking can hold several services, and no payment is taken when you book.

We list 18 residential ZIP codes in Cobb County, and the checker accepts every ZIP we serve.
Yes, apartments in both. Marietta and Smyrna hold the largest apartment shares of the Cobb County cities listed. Both the standard clean and the move-out visit are booked for apartments there. Add the unit number, the gate code and any leasing-office arrangement in the notes field, plus a photo of the entrance if the building is hard to find.
The older ones, and any house after a long gap. Cobb County housing peaked in the 1980s, and Austell and Mableton carry more pre-1980 houses than the county pattern. Deep cleaning does the baseboards and windows that a standard clean skips. So it is the first visit for those houses, and a recurring plan follows.
Yes, if its ZIP is covered. Atlanta reaches into Cobb County, and coverage follows the ZIP code rather than the city name. Run the ZIP through the ZIP checker, then book online if it is listed, or call or email with that ZIP.
Your space. Your clean.
Marietta or Smyrna lease ending? Book the move-out visit. Older house in Austell or Mableton that has waited? Book deep cleaning. Kept-up house in Powder Springs? Book the standard clean on a recurring plan, or email info@bozmancleaning.com if your ZIP is not on the online list.
