Atlanta House Cleaning, Inside and Outside City Limits

Most of the city lives in buildings, not houses. About 52% of housing units sit in buildings of five or more units, about 54% of occupied homes are rented, and about 36% of homes are detached single-family houses (American Community Survey, 2020–2024 estimates). The right visit depends on what the home needs now, not on the county. A move into or out of an empty home points to move-out cleaning, which goes inside every cabinet, the fridge and the oven. A lived-in home whose blinds and baseboards have fallen behind starts with a one-time deep clean. After that, standard visits, as a one-time cleaning or on a recurring schedule, keep your home where the reset left it. Monthly cleaning suits a home that stays fairly tidy; recurring cleanings are a refresh, not a catch-up.
