Atlanta House Cleaning, Inside and Outside City Limits

On an address, Atlanta can mean two different things. The city itself has parts in Fulton and DeKalb, with City Hall in Fulton County. A home with an Atlanta mailing address can still sit outside the city limits; a Cobb County address with one of our Atlanta ZIP codes does exactly that. We go by the ZIP code rather than the city line, so the ZIP is the first thing to check for any Atlanta home.

Of the residential Atlanta ZIP codes we cover, 31 are in Fulton County, nine are in DeKalb, and one is in Cobb. Midtown and Ansley Park are in NPU E, Buckhead Village and Garden Hills are in NPU B, and Old Fourth Ward is in NPU M. NPU N takes in Inman Park and Cabbagetown, while Kirkwood and East Lake are in NPU O. A neighborhood name helps us picture where a home is, but coverage still comes down to the ZIP code.

The right visit depends on what is happening at the home, not on which county it stands in. A move into or out of an Atlanta home points to the move-out visit. A lived-in home whose blinds and trim have waited a long time starts with deep cleaning, because the standard visit leaves windows, blinds and baseboards for that one. Once those are caught up, standard visits, or weekly, biweekly or monthly ones, keep the rest in order.
