House Cleaning in Bethlehem, GA for Family Houses from the 1990s

Every visit runs from a written checklist, the same for every cleaner on the team. The standard visit dusts the ceiling fans and vents, wipes each mirror, vacuums floors and carpet with two vacuum cleaners and goes over them with a wet and dry mop, then does the kitchen, the sinks, the toilets, the shower doors and the bathroom fixtures. Windows, blinds and baseboards are left off. Deep cleaning adds them, plus a steamer on the tub and tile and fresh bed linen. Recurring cleanings repeat the standard list weekly, biweekly or monthly, each date booked on its own, with no cleaning plans to sign; some call that maid service. Move-out cleaning reaches inside every cabinet, the fridge and the oven. Carpet is booked by area, from the stairs to five or more rooms; upholstery goes by the piece, from photos a manager reviews. Add-ons such as the inside of the oven customize the same booking.

When you compare cleaning companies, ask what is on the list, how pricing is set and what happens if something is missed. Ours: the list is published, the price follows beds, baths and add-ons, and a missed item is raised at the walk-through while the team is still in the house. That is easier to check than a promise of peace of mind, or rooms that will sparkle and stay spotless. Offices are not booked online, light commercial space included, so contact us by phone or email for those. Cleaning products you want used or avoided, and any supplies and equipment question, go in the booking notes.
