Extras go on top of a standard or deep clean. The inside of the oven, the fridge and the kitchen cabinets is already part of a move-in or move-out clean, so those three are not charged again there.

The pet extra is per animal, for the hair that collects along baseboards and under furniture. The dishes extra covers one full sink, washed and left to dry by the sink; oven dishes are not included.

A tidy-up of a lived-in home. Windows, blinds and baseboards are not part of it.

How the price is worked out

Size sets the base. Each clean has one price per home size, from one bedroom and one bath up to four bedrooms (six for a deep clean). It is a fixed price, not an hourly rate, so a slow corner of the house does not change it.

The type of clean sets what is done. On our list the step from standard to deep is only $20 to $30, and it buys baseboards, windows, blinds, a linen change and a steamer in the bathrooms. For a first visit, or a home that has gone a while, deep is usually the better value.

Extras and pets are added on top. Those are the only lines the calculator adds to the base price.

Some jobs are priced from photos. Homes bigger than the listed sizes and upholstery are confirmed once we see the home or the furniture. Read our Georgia move-out cleaning checklist or the move-in cleaning checklist if you are booking around a move.

How much does house cleaning cost in Atlanta?

With us, a standard clean is $259 for a one-bedroom, one-bath home and $470 for a four-bedroom home. A deep clean runs from $279 to $1,159 for a six-bedroom house, and a move-in or move-out clean from $295 to $499. These are the totals our online booking shows across the metro Atlanta area we serve.

What does it cost to clean a 2,000 sq ft house?

A 2,000 sq ft home usually falls between our three-bedroom row (about 1,900 sq ft) and the four-bedroom row (about 2,200 sq ft). For three bedrooms and two and a half baths: standard $375, deep $405, move-out $419. For four bedrooms: standard $470, deep $495, move-out $499.

How much does a deep clean cost?

Our deep cleaning is $279 for one bedroom, $349 for two, $405 for three, $495 for four, $739 for a five-bedroom home up to 3,000 sq ft and $1,159 for six bedrooms up to 6,000 sq ft. Inside the oven, fridge or cabinets are extras at $55 each.

How much is a move-out cleaning?

$295 for one bedroom, $355 for two, $419 for three and $499 for four bedrooms. The inside of the fridge, the oven and every cabinet is already in that price, because the home is empty. Larger homes are priced from photos.

Do you charge by the hour?

No. Each clean has a fixed price set by the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, plus any extras you add. You see the total before you book, and it does not depend on how long the visit takes.

How much does recurring cleaning cost?

Each weekly, every-two-weeks or monthly visit is priced as the standard clean for your home size, plus the extras attached to that visit. There is no separate recurring rate, so the standard price in the calculator is the one to plan on.

Is there an extra charge for pets?

Yes, $20 for each dog or cat. It covers the extra pet hair work: vacuuming along baseboards, under furniture and into corners.

How much does carpet cleaning cost?

Carpet cleaning is priced by the room: $105 for one room, $160 for two, $220 for three, $305 for four and $345 for five rooms or more. A staircase is $75 and a hallway $105.

How much does it cost to clean a couch?

A two-seat sofa is $125, a three-seat sofa or sectional $155, and larger sectionals $175 to $245. Those prices are for synthetic fabric; the final price is confirmed from the photos you send, once the fabric and the stains are seen.

Is the price in the calculator the price I pay?

It is the same total our online booking shows before you confirm, and nothing is charged when you book. Upholstery is the exception: it is confirmed from photos. Homes larger than the sizes listed are priced from photos too.
