Photos of stains, pet spots and rug labels go into the same booking step. A stain is something to describe rather than something we promise away: fiber, age and whatever was tried on it earlier all change what comes out, and no result on a specific spot is promised before the team sees it.

Preparing the rooms

Clear the floor of shoes, toys, cables and pet beds. Small furniture you move out of a booked area lets the floor under it be cleaned; heavy pieces that stay put mark the edge of the work. There is no need to vacuum first. While the carpet is still damp, look over the stairs and the traffic lanes with the team and point out anything that needs a second pass.

Booking the same visit

Count the carpeted rooms, add the stairs and the hallway if they are carpeted, and book carpet and rug cleaning online. It can be booked alone or added to a deep or move-out visit, since several services can share one booking and one fixed start time. Fabric sofas and armchairs are a separate service, upholstery cleaning, priced by the piece from photos. No payment is taken when you book.
